General Manager – Full-Service Hotel
A nationally established hospitality management company with a diverse portfolio of properties is seeking an energetic, service-oriented, and results-driven General Manager to lead one of its Full-Service hotels located in Baltimore, MD.

Position Overview:
The General Manager will take a hands-on, team-oriented approach to lead hotel operations, ensuring high-quality experiences for guests, associates, and stakeholders. This leader will drive performance, accountability, and culture while optimizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day hotel operations and drive results across all departments.
- Lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable to deliver excellent guest service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (Top Line Revenue, GOP, NOI, STR, Guest Satisfaction, etc.).
- Collaborate with corporate leadership and regional support teams.
- Provide leadership in sales and marketing strategy implementation.
- Manage financial performance including budget creation and revenue forecasting.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Additional Duties Include:
- Creating and reviewing monthly reports.
- Engaging in competitive analysis and market trend reviews.
- Coaching and mentoring sales professionals and operational leaders.
- Communicating regularly with the home office and regional team.
- Conducting daily stand-up meetings with the hotel team.
Qualifications:
- • Minimum of 5–10 years of hotel leadership experience with demonstrated success in General Manager and/or senior hotel operations roles.
- • Full-service hotel experience is required.
• Must have experience with a nationally recognized hotel brand such as Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, financial management, revenue optimization, and sales strategies. - Proven experience leading teams and developing talent.
- Ability to analyze market reports such as STR, Hotelligence, and P&L statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with brand systems (IHG, Hilton and/or Marriott - Delphi, SalesPro) is preferred.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in both full-service or select-service hotel environments.
- Strong understanding of group, business transient, and contract sales.
- Exposure to digital marketing and revenue management tools.
- Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and communicate clearly for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 40–50 lbs. as needed.
- Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours, and travel for business, if needed.
